Our thinking is powerful.  It determines how we view, interpret, and respond to everything.

Have you noticed that your mind is constantly "narrating" what's going on around you, judging and assessing everything you see? Telling stories to make sense of things?
​Did you know that research shows that we think in the neighborhood of 70-80 THOUSAND thoughts each day? ​
Our thinking is so habitual that we tend to accept it as truth, as "who we are".  But it's really not.  

​Much of what we think is automatic and habitual, programs from our past.

For that reason, it is important to understand our thinking so that it no longer negatively affects your life and holds you back from reaching your true potential.
