Welcome! I'm Bobbi Beuree, Coach + Facilitator

I've been so lucky in my life to have experienced a lot of really great things and even luckier to have experienced a lot of really tough things.  I know that may sound pretty strange, but I've learned that when you experience a difficult situation, as you go through it, you also have the opportunity to "grow through it". 

Those tough times have taught me the most and helped me to become so resilient.  They helped raise my self-awareness and taught me valuable new ways of looking at things; they increased my capacity for empathy and ability to support others. And it is all of this that I love to teach and share with others through coaching, while helping them make sense of their own story and learn ways to become empowered within their lives.


Through my own personal life experiences, and based on 15 years of supporting the personal growth, mental health, and holistic well-being of others, I've seen how sometimes we can get a little complacent in life.  And sometimes we are just mindlessly going through the motions, rushing from one thing to the next.  Sometimes, we appear to be doing quite well on the surface, but underneath, maybe not so much.  

I know in my heart that we can all do better - be better!  I believe we have the potential for ongoing growth and evolution.
