Navigating some pretty big challenges in my life took me to a deep place where I could learn more about myself, life, and the people and world around me.  I'm so grateful that, through coaching, I get to share that with others, while helping them to make sense of their own experience.

Like so many others, I know what it's like to feel anxious, and hopeless, lost and defeated.  And I also know what it's like to feel energized, excited, and inspired! I've come to know on a deep level that the latter is our true nature, but that it is often covered up by our beliefs, thinking patterns, emotional reactions, habits, and more.

I've spent the last 15 years working with people, helping them to grow in self-awareness, uncover their full potential, and  create lives that are full, engaged, and meaningful.  Specializing in Mindset Coaching has been so rewarding as I watch clients reach powerful new insights around what they are capable of!
