Working With Difficult Emotions

Core-level Coaching can set you on a path towards changing your relationship to the difficult emotions you experience, allowing you to develop a sense of calm, clarity, and well-being.
​​Questions to ask if you are wondering if emotion management is a challenge in your life:
  • When I feel upset, do I know how to quickly calm myself?
  • Can I easily let go of my anger?
  • Do I rely on others to help me calm down and feel better?
  • Am I often moody without knowing why?
  • Am I able to recognize how others may be feeling?
  • When I'm feeling unmotivated, am I able to find a way to boost my energy and enthusiasm?
It's important to keep in mind that emotions, even the strong ones we don't particularly like, are simply messages.

  They are letting us know how things are going in our lives and whether changes are needed. 

​And while they can feel overwhelming at times,  there are ways to effectively manage and move through difficult emotions so that they do not take over and wreak havoc on your life.
