It is designed to set you on a path towards emotional mastery in your life, learning to decrease worry + anxiety, and increase peace of mind and overall well-being. Your emotional experience is the cornerstone of every single area in your life, from how you see yourself, to how you relate to others, to how satisfied you feel at work, to how purposeful and passionate you feel in general! When you start to build your level of self-awareness, seeing more clearly that what's going on inside of you is more important that what's going on around you, you become empowered. |
Peace of mind becomes available when you are consciously aware of your emotions in any situation, able to recognize them for what they are, and then experience them in a calm, confident, and constructive way.

Program Objectives
In this four-week Group Coaching Program, you will be guided + supported in:
Building your level of emotional intelligence, as you uncover the core reasons as to why your emotional experience is as it is, and learning how to take a more empowered approach in creating how you WANT it to be
Identifying your emotional triggers + reactions, learning how to remain calm + composed in challenging situations
Building a new perspective in the midst of struggle, learning to witness it from a broader, more centered perspective that allows for more of a sense of ease + equilibrium
Intentionally embodying your innate core qualities (i.e., compassion, creativity, playfulness, curiosity, etc.) to help connect with your authentic emotional experience
