Welcome to a unique + interactive six-session Coaching Program that blends psychology, brain-science, and elements of spirituality.

​It is designed to set you on a path towards emotional mastery in your life, decreasing worry + anxiety and increasing peace of mind and overall well-being.

Your emotional experience is the cornerstone of every single area in your life, from how you see yourself, to how you relate to others, to how satisfied you feel at work, to how purposeful and passionate you feel in general!


When you start to build your level of self-awareness, seeing more clearly that what's going on inside of you is more important that what's going on around you, you become empowered.
Peace of mind becomes available when you are consciously aware of your emotions in any situation, able to recognize them for what they are, and then experiencing them in a calm, confident, and constructive way.

 Have you judged yourself for “falling apart” when you experience stress, change, or adversity? Or feeling overwhelmed on a regular basis? Do you find yourself falling into worry? How about avoiding difficult emotions by turning to habits that harm or hold you back? 

How often do you feel: reactive, in your head, zoned out, disconnected, irritable, worried, spiteful, numb, or just generally pissed off?

Maybe you even deny that you feel anything at all?!

​​Are you ready to take control of your emotional experience, becoming less reactive and developing the ability to face difficult situations and emotions head-on, in a calm and confident way?

In this six-session Coaching Program, you will be guided + supported in:


Identifying your emotional triggers and automatic reactions, learning how to remain calm + composed in challenging situations


Uncovering the core reasons as to why your emotional experience is as it is, and learning how to take a more empowered approach in creating how you want it to be


Understanding more deeply what's happening when you're struggling, learning to witness it from a broader, more centered perspective


Starting to heal the emotional wounding and faulty wiring of your past by practicing self-compassion in the present moment and cultivating core qualities (i.e., compassion, creativity, playfulness, curiosity, etc.) that help to create a sense of ease + equilibrium

What Makes This Program Unique:

Typically, time in-session is spent explaining new concepts and strategies, leaving less time to discuss how to relate and apply them to your specific life situation.

This Program has a comprehensive online component. Between sessions, you will gain access to a series of online folders containing written resources, videos, guided exercises, worksheets, and more.

Having this additional element allows you to process new information, make connections, and start applying and practicing things before coming to session.

Time in-session can then be spent more experientially, allowing you to gain insight and deepen understanding, learn new skills, and practice applying new approaches.

Six 60-minute 1:1 coaching sessions, by video or phone call

*option for in-person coaching for local clients, following first session
*scheduled at your convenience with day, evening, and weekend sessions

Online resources: videos, guided exercises, e-worksheets, and more

*clients benefit most when they invest time between sessions exploring new topics and practicing strategies, directly applying what they're learning in-session

Email engagement between sessions

*you are encouraged to ask questions and request clarification to help you best apply and practice new strategies + approaches

Investment: $750 for six-session Program​, including online resources

*option to pay in full or equal payments of $125

Navigating some significant challenges in my life took me to a deep place where I could learn more about myself, life, and the people and world around me.  I'm so grateful that, through coaching, I get to share what I've learned with others, while helping them to make sense of their own life experience.

Like so many others, I know what it's like to feel anxious, and hopeless, lost and defeated.  And I also know what it's like to feel energized, excited, and inspired! I've come to know on a deep level that the latter is our true nature.  But it it is often covered up by our limiting beliefs, destructive thinking patterns, unconscious emotional reactions, habits, and more.
​I've spent the past 17 years working with people, helping them to grow in self-awareness, uncover their full potential, and create lives that are full, engaged, and meaningful.  It is always so rewarding to watch clients reach powerful new insights around what they are capable of!
