Providing support, structure & skill-building

​​​With 15 years of direct, hands-on experience in providing guidance, support, and training around academic success, holistic well-being, and mental health in a post-secondary environment, I am well aware of the challenges that come along with being a teen and facing personal, social, and academic stressors.  The good news is that  coaching can help to address and improve those aspects and more!
Every situation is unique.  Coaching sessions are guided by what's going to be most helpful based on your priorities and objectives.  We will collaboratively work together to reach  personal, academic, and social goals goals!
