I can relate! For much of my life, I lived almost primarily in the stories of my mind. I know how painful it can be to believe the non-stop chatter and mind-traps that keep us feeling separate, vulnerable, and defective.
Because so much of our thinking is automatic, originating from the subconscious, it lies below our conscious level of awareness.
In this 90-minute group coaching event, we will take the mystery out of how your mind works in ways that, without awareness, can be at the root of many of the things that cause you to struggle and ultimately, to suffer. You will benefit from participating in this event by being introduced to a new way of thinking that will have a positive difference on a personal level, in your relationships with others, and in your experience of life overall. |
Event Format
Two x Comprehensive Online Modules
Leading up to the event, you will gain access to an online module, containing videos, guided exercises, worksheets, topic write-ups, and more.
These resources will act as a guide in helping you to investigate the impact of your thinking on your everyday experience of life. You will be able to process, apply, and practice new ideas before coming to session to work with them experientially, within the group. Then, following the event, you'll receive another module to continue working towards building mindfulness in your life! |
In-person Event: Connect with Others and Experientially Explore
When we're doing inner work and making positive changes in our lives, it's important that we have people around us who are also on their own journey.
We can learn so much from one another when we are vulnerable and willing to share on authentic levels. By participating in this group event, you can expand the circle of people in your life who, like you, are investing in their personal growth + evolution. Group is limited to eight participants and guidelines are provided ahead of time in order to create a safe, supportive, and open environment for learning and sharing. |
