Navigating Life's Challenges

Welcome to a unique + interactive six-session Coaching Program that blends psychology, brain-science, and elements of spirituality.

​It is designed to help you navigate through the challenging situations you encounter in life. 
There are times when things happen to us that seem to come from out of nowhere. We are not prepared for them and have the ability to knock the wind out of us.

It may be a break-up, job loss, conflict with a friend, etc. And many times, we are negatively affected by the challenging situations of those we love - our friends and family.
At times, we all need a little extra support, guidance, and an impartial perspective to work through difficult circumstances.

 Have you judged yourself for “falling apart” when you experience stress, change, or adversity? Or feeling overwhelmed when things don't go as planned? Do you find yourself falling into worry? How about avoiding difficult emotions by turning to habits that harm or hold you back? 

How often do you feel: reactive, in your head, zoned out, disconnected, irritable, worried, spiteful, numb, or just generally pissed off?

Maybe you even deny that you feel anything at all?!

There is no right or wrong reaction when things go sideways. And yet, we have a tendency to fall into self-blame, becoming critical of ourselves, when we struggle with what's happening in our lives.

In this six-session Coaching Program, you will be guided + supported in:


Identifying your emotional triggers and automatic reactions, learning how to remain calm + composed in challenging situations


Uncovering the core reasons as to why your emotional experience is as it is, and learning how to take a more empowered approach in creating how you want it to be


Gaining clarity when you are struggling, learning to witness it from a broader, more centered perspective


Starting to practice self-compassion in the present moment and cultivating core qualities that help to create a sense of ease + equilibrium (i.e., compassion, playfulness, curiosity, etc.)

What Makes This Program Unique:
Typically, time in session is spent explaining new concepts or strategies and then connecting them to your life situation. With this Program, you will gain access to a variety of electronic resources between sessions that allow you to process new information before coming to session to discuss + explore how it relates to your unique life experience.

Six 60-minute 1:1 coaching sessions, by video or phone call

*option for in-person coaching for local clients, following first session
*scheduled at your convenience with day, evening, and weekend sessions

Online resources: videos, guided exercises, e-worksheets, and more

*clients benefit most when they invest time between sessions exploring new topics and practicing strategies, directly applying what they're learning in-session

Email engagement between sessions

*you are encouraged to ask questions and ask for clarification to help you best apply and practice new strategies + approaches

Investment: $750 for six-session Program

*option to pay in full or equal payments of $125

Navigating some significant challenges in my life took me to a deep place where I could learn more about myself, life, and the people and world around me.  I'm so grateful that, through coaching, I get to share what I've learned with others, while helping them to make sense of their own life experience.

Like so many others, I know what it's like to feel anxious, and hopeless, lost and defeated.  And I also know what it's like to feel energized, excited, and inspired! I've come to know on a deep level that the latter is our true nature.  But it it is often covered up by our limiting beliefs, destructive thinking patterns, unconscious emotional reactions, habits, and more.
​I've spent the past 17 years working with people, helping them to grow in self-awareness, uncover their full potential, and create lives that are full, engaged, and meaningful.  It is always so rewarding to watch clients reach powerful new insights around what they are capable of!
