Welcome to a unique + interactive four-session Coaching Program that blends psychology, brain-science, and elements of spirituality.

It is designed to set you on a path towards taking control of the habitual patterns in your life that are holding you back or causing you harm.
Do you recognize any of these patterns:
scrolling/spending time on the Internet, shopping, over-eating, smoking, drinking alcohol, binge-watching, arguing, worrying, shutting down?
Those are just a few of the many patterns we fall into. Whether you realize it or not, our objective is always the same:
Feel Better Immediately
Habitual patterns aren't just what you DO; they are also how you think and feel about things, which also happen on autopilot.

Your habits are a way of avoiding discomfort.
Do you have a tendency to judge yourself for falling into habitual ways of being that you know, deep down, are negative, harmful, or unhelpful?  Many of our habits formed because initially they helped us to avoid discomfort. In some way, they made us feel better, if only momentarily.

Typically, we have a natural inclination to avoid distressing emotions. That's where habits come in. The urge to do a habit happens so quickly that we mistakenly believe that it is beyond our control. But, it's not.

Once you learn to navigate your emotional experience with more ease and equilibrium, you will start to see your habitual patterns from a whole new perspective - one in which you have more control and a deeper understanding.

In this four-session weekly Coaching Program, you will be guided + supported in:

Deepening your understanding around what is driving your habitual patterns

Mindfully working with what you are feeling, building emotional self-awareness

Working to change patterns of reactivity (i.e., defensiveness, withdrawing, feeling victimized, etc.)

Learning to see habits from a new, more empowered perspective

Developing a deeper sense of calm + connection

What Makes This Program Unique:
Typically, time in session is spent explaining new concepts or strategies and then connecting them to your life situation. With this Program, you will gain access to a variety of electronic resources between sessions that allow you to process new information before coming to session to discuss + explore how it relates to your unique life experience.

Navigating some significant challenges in my life took me to a deep place where I could learn more about myself, life, and the people and world around me.  I'm so grateful that, through coaching, I get to share what I've learned with others, while helping them to make sense of their own life experience.

Like so many others, I know what it's like to feel anxious, and hopeless, lost and defeated.  And I also know what it's like to feel energized, excited, and inspired! I've come to know on a deep level that the latter is our true nature.  But it it is often covered up by our limiting beliefs, destructive thinking patterns, unconscious emotional reactions, habits, and more.
I've spent the past 17 years working with people, helping them to grow in self-awareness, uncover their full potential, and create lives that are full, engaged, and meaningful.  It is always so rewarding to watch clients reach powerful new insights around what they are capable of!
