Emotional Mastery: Cultivating Ease + Equilibrium

Welcome to a unique + interactive Coaching Program that blends psychology, brain-science, and elements of spirituality. It is designed to set you on a path towards emotional mastery in your life, decreasing worry + anxiety and increasing peace of mind and overall well-being.

​You will be guided in developing insight into your life patterns, habits, limiting beliefs, and habitual emotional reactions.

​By gaining a deeper level of self-awareness, you will improve the relationship you currently have with your emotions and develop the ability to connect more deeply with yourself, others, and the world around you.
Emotional mastery means becoming consciously aware of your emotions, being able to recognize and name them, understand their meaning and see where they come from, and then handle them in a calm, confident, and constructive way.

How often do you feel: reactive, in your head, zoned out, disconnected, irritable, worried, spiteful, numb, or just generally pissed off?
 
Do you feel like you “fall apart” when you experience stress, change, or adversity? Feeling overwhelmed on a regular basis? Are you living on autopilot? How about avoiding difficult emotions by turning to habits that harm or hold you back? 
​Can you relate to any (or many) of these as being a predominant state of mind for you? If so, what if I were to tell you that NONE of those feeling states is who you are at your core. Instead, they are a clear indication that you are experiencing a disconnect from your essential Self.

​​​​Our connection to our True Nature, which is curious, compassionate, loving, nurturing, passionate, generous, calm, kind, peaceful, and purposeful, has been crowded out by our psychology – how we think and feel in the moment.
But it is these states of mind, along with aspects like courageousness, confidence, playfulness, and more that are at your core – that make up your True Nature.

This core Self gets covered over by childhood conditioning, where we all learned beliefs about ourselves, other people, and the world surrounding us.

NOT true in many cases, but can also be limiting, demoralizing, and destructive, holding us back as adults.

​​Are you ready to take control of your emotional experience, becoming less reactive and developing the ability to face difficult emotions head-on, in a calm and confident way? 
This 4-session Coaching Program is designed to guide you on a journey of self-exploration and set you on the path to emotional mastery. It is a fit for you if you're looking to:
  • Make a positive shift in your relationship with your inner world (thoughts, emotions, sensations, etc.) and work with emotional triggers
  • Uncover the impact of your childhood programming and understand how unconscious decisions you made as a child are still affecting you today
  • Explore and better understand your emotional patterns, as well as the habits, defense mechanisms, and coping strategies you have adopted in response to them
  • Start healing the emotional wounding of your past by practicing self-compassion in the present moment and cultivating your Core Self​
What Makes This Program Unique:
Often, time in-session is spent teaching new concepts or exploring new ideas and then applying them to your life situation. With this Program, you will gain access to a Google Drive folder (no Gmail account required) containing materials that will allow you to practice + process new information before coming to session to discuss and explore more deeply.

- Four hours of direct, interactive 1:1 coaching
- Access to a series of Google Drive folders containing videos, written overviews of topics, blog posts, online worksheets, guided exercises, and more...

- Email correspondence between sessions 
​Where: Online, via secure video or phone call 
When: Start anytime 
Fee: $500 for four-session Program, with option to pay in full or equal payments of $125 
Note:  Weeks do not have to run concurrently

Like so many others, I know what it's like to feel anxious, and hopeless, lost and defeated.  And I also know what it's like to feel energized, excited, and inspired! I've come to know on a deep level that the latter is our true nature.  But it it is often covered up by our limiting beliefs, destructive thinking patterns, unconscious emotional reactions, habits, and more.

I've spent the last 15 years working with people, helping them to grow in self-awareness, uncover their full potential, and  create lives that are full, engaged, and meaningful.  It is always so rewarding to watch clients reach powerful new insights around what they are capable of!
