Welcome to Your Coaching Program

Congratulations on taking an important step in making positive changes in your life! It takes courage to:
​
1. Admit that there are aspects of your life that aren't (and maybe have never been) working for you; and 
2. To reach out for support and guidance in reaching for what you know, deep down, is available to you
Regardless of whether you have chosen to participate in a Program that addresses self-confidence, emotional intelligence, habitual patterns, cultivating peace of mind, repairing relationship dynamics, or navigating life's challenges, there are a few key factors that lie at the foundation of each of those topics.
Throughout your Program, you will learn more about yourself, raising your level of self-awareness. You will explore how your thinking, core beliefs, and emotional programming affect every single area of your life.

​And you will ultimately learn how to develop a mindset and perspective of life that allows you to feel empowered and in control of your everyday experience!

Program Format:

  • Before your first session and following each subsequent 1:1 (or group) session, you'll receive a link to a Google Drive online folder containing videos, blog posts, worksheets, guided exercises, and more.  To get the most from this Program, best results have been shown for those who dedicate up to two hours of self-work for each section.
  • You are then able to bring your insights, questions, and experiences to explore in session.
  • Between sessions, if you would like clarification on any of the material, have questions, or would like recommendations for additional resources, you are welcome to contact your Facilitator by email (this element is for 1:1 coaching only)
  • You will be asked to complete a Feedback Form following each session. Different approaches fit different people, so never be afraid to offer constructive feedback. It is also an opportunity for you to recall topics that were covered and hone in on the ones that you want to explore more deeply.
  • Note that there is a separate file with Self-Care Suggestions. It can be difficult at times diving into areas of life that have brought up concerns for you. Please inform your Facilitator if you find yourself struggling in relation to the material being explored.

A personal message from your Facilitator

Because the foundation for your Program is increased self-awareness I want to share with you a bit about why this topic is, in my opinion, one of the most important ones you will ever explore and expand your insight around.

Throughout much of my life, I had no healthy coping strategies when it came to navigating life's challenges.  I will be completely transparent in sharing that I developed destructive habits, unconsciously sabotaged my relationships, and had minimal self-confidence. I had very little control over my emotions, other than to numb or lash out. I was caught up in believing the old, limiting beliefs that formed in my earliest years.

Over the years, as I have been doing healing inner work, I have uncovered and released so many of those faulty core beliefs around who I am and what I have to offer this world. I have worked to overcome the aspects that held me back for so long and it is this that I love sharing with others in the coaching process.

I've personally experienced, as well as witnessing in others, how powerful it is when your self-awareness grows and you learn how to navigate your inner and outer world in a healthier, more positive, and more empowered way.
